Section 5
Legal Recognition of Digital Signatures
Even if it is mentioned in the existing law that any information, document, record or other thing should be verified by signature or any document should be signed by a person, such information, document, record or thing shall not be subject to this Act or this Act. If it is verified by digital signature after completing the process mentioned in the rules made under, such digital signature will also get legal recognition.
